Turkey resolved the Syrian issue within two weeks
Soyugbulaq Village — A Legacy of Hope and Justice The village of Soyugbulaq became a border settlement with the Republic of Turkey after the Soviet authorities established new boundaries.
It was the homeland of my late grandfather, Gummet. Though the borders had divided the land, my grandfather always looked toward the homeland with hope and used to say:
“One day, the Turks will come and restore justice.”
He had reason to believe so. In 1918, when Dashnak forces attacked villages and massacred civilians, it was the Turkish Army that came to save the people.
As a young man, my grandfather had the opportunity to meet and speak with Turkish soldiers, and he welcomed them as guests to the best of his ability.
In today’s world, one truth has become increasingly clear: Hostility toward Turkey and anti-Turkish propaganda have reached extreme levels.
Despite this, Turkey, fully aware of all risks, supported Azerbaijan in the Karabakh war. As a result, its defense industry faced sanctions.
In defiance of Russia’s protests, Turkey continues to support Crimean Tatars in Ukraine. And in just two weeks, Turkey resolved the Syrian issue — something the U.S. and Europe could not resolve for years, and which Iran and Russia constantly used as leverage.
Even the new U.S. President Donald Trump acknowledged Turkey's strength, stating that justice in the region could be achieved through Turkey’s efforts.
All this proves once again that in a world where injustice and bloodshed have persisted for decades, the great Turkish nation remains a force capable of restoring justice.
May God protect our nations and our unity. May our love for Turkey and our pursuit of justice never fade.
