Vladimir Konstantinov, a collaborator, traitor, and the so-called speaker of the Crimean parliament said that one of the conditions for ending the war against Ukraine should be the occupation of the city of Odesa.

"Odesa must be under our control: have Russian or neutral status. But the main point is to be under control," said the occupier.
According to the traitor, the signing of the "peace treaty" is possible only on the terms of the Russian Federation. The criminal believes that "the opponent should not have any illusions about revenge".
