Secretary
of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov
hinted at the fate of the Crimean bridge built by the occupiers from Russia to
the Ukrainian peninsula captured in 2014.
On his
Twitter page, Danilov published a picture in which a falcon carries a part of
the Crimean bridge in its claws, and the remaining part, including the pillars
and the road surface, is engulfed in flames and flashes from explosions.
He signed this picture with only two words: “Slava Ukraini” ("Glory to Ukraine!")
The falcon is a symbol of the liberation struggle of the Ukrainian people, so Danilov's hint about who will destroy the city built by the occupiers is completely transparent. And it is possible that what the occupiers and collaborators in occupied Crimea panic about will come true very soon.
Social media users responded positively to Danilov's post. A user with the nickname Immanuel Kant wrote that the "demilitarization of the bridge" is near and the majority of Ukrainians will display a similar picture on social networks as a flash mob.
