The occupiers block the Kerch Bridge as they understand that this structure is unreliable.
This was stated by the head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, Nataliya Humeniuk, on the air of the telethon Edyni Novyny, the TV channel We Are Ukraine broadcasts.
"Limiting the use of a logistics and transport object is usually associated with a certain danger. They realize that it is quite possible that there is a danger due to the weather conditions, because it is generally unreliable as a structure, and the sea is very stormy sometimes. And the fact that they limit the use of, for example, ferry crossings, this also indicates bad weather," she explained.
According to the spokeswoman, the load on the Kerch bridge can be critical for it.
"And in addition, such a load that the Crimean Bridge has been experiencing recently can be technically critical for it," Humeniuk said.
