The occupation Supreme Court of Crimea rejected appeals against administrative arrests of Crimean Tatars detained on January 25 near the building of the occupation Kyiv District Court in Simferopol.
This was announced by lawyer Emil Kurbedinov on his Facebook account.
"Appeals against administrative detentions and arrests of innocent people were rejected by the occupying Supreme Court of Crimea as expected", Kurbedinov wrote.
According to him, the appeal to the UN Human Rights Committee will follow.
"While the Russian Federation is still there, we take to the Committee, including, the persecution of Crimean Tatars on the basis of nationality (discrimination) by the security forces and the judicial system. What seems to be the norm and commonplace to the FSB officers and judges is called discrimination in the UN", the lawyer said.
