The Lithuanian Seimas has recognized Russia as a terrorist state and a genocide of the Ukrainian people. This was reported by DELFI.

A statement from the Lithuanian parliament said that the Russian regime was seeking to destroy the Ukrainian nation and that such actions should be considered genocide, as well as that Russia was a state, which supported and carried out terrorism.

The resolution of the Seimas states that the Russian armed forces and mercenaries committed mass war crimes on the territory of Ukraine, especially in the cities of Bucha, Irpin, Mariupol, Borodianka, and Gostomel.
