Russian President Vladimir Putin is on the verge of collapse and defeat. He can do anything.

Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Ilmi Umerov stated this in a comment to the QIRIM.News agency.

According to Umerov, the Russian leader no longer controls himself.

Although Umerov suggests that the master of the Kremlin may use nuclear weapons, however, he adds that pressing the nuclear button is not so easy.

"15-16 signatures of some specialists are needed, it all has to be coordinated and everyone hopes that among them there are people who do not agree with this position. As for the geopolitically end of the war, I think that Ukraine will come out of this situation as a winner. The whole world, the USA, the EU will help restore Ukraine and, in a few years, Ukraine will be restored and become a truly independent state. And the Russian Federation will fall apart into 5 or 10 parts, or maybe even more," said the deputy chairman of the Mejlis.

Umerov added that the same story could happen to Putin as to the Romanian dictator Ceausescu, when people voted for him in the morning (93% of voters) and in the evening he was shot as a traitor.
