Russia has strategically lost the war against Ukraine, having suffered heavy losses. This opinion was expressed by the Chief of Staff of the United Kingdom Tony Radakin, according to The Guardian.

"This is a terrible mistake on the part of Russia. Russia will never take control of Ukraine", Radakin said.

The admiral said Putin's army had lost 25% of Russia's ground power as NATO strengthened and became even stronger.

"Russia has already lost strategically. NATO is now stronger, Finland and Sweden want to join the Alliance", he added.

At the same time, according to Radakin, Putin may achieve tactical success in the coming weeks, but this is due to the involvement of a quarter of his country's military power. In addition, forces and high-tech missiles are running out.

"Putin used about 25% of his army's strength to recapture a tiny part of the territory and killed or wounded 50,000 people. Russia is failing”, he concluded.
