Andrii Klymenko, project manager at the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies, believes that the occupiers, leaving Crimea, are going to destroy everything they cannot take away.
He expressed this opinion on Espresso.
"I said four years ago at one of the seminars on the matter of Crimea that we should not think about how we are going to decolonize Crimea or develop it after liberation. We must understand the fact that when Russia leaves Crimea, it will destroy everything, that is possible. That is, occupiers will set fire to forests, destroy reservoirs, blow up dams, disrupt all life support systems, power plants - everything that they cannot take away," said the head of the project at the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies.
