the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov,
said that on the morning of July 21, the Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv.
The official called on city residents not to go outside without urgent need and to stay in shelters.
"Do not ignore the alarm signals", he wrote on his Telegram account.

were injured as a result of the shelling.
According to his information, the occupiers targeted one of the city's medical institutions. The explosions were also reported by residents of Saltivka (Kharkiv's residential district) and KhTZ district (Kharkiv city district).
