The European Commission presented the ninth package of sanctions against the Russian Federation to the EU member states. It will concern financial structures.
This was announced by the editor of Radio Liberty in Europe Rikard Jozwiak on Twitter.
Jozwiak noted that there are about 180 organizations potentially on the new list of sanctions. Among them are banks, mass media, and technology companies. In advance, the new package of sanctions can be agreed upon during the meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the EU countries on December 12.
