Ukrainian military enters the territory of the occupied Crimea peninsula, it
will not be considered aggression.
announced by Crimean SOS analyst Yevhen Yaroshenko in a comment to NV radio.
He reminded that Article 51 of the UN Charter allows each state the right to individual or collective self-defense.
"If Ukrainian troops enter the territory of Crimea, it will not be considered aggression, because Crimea is the territory of Ukraine. Our sovereign territory is just being deoccupied through military means", Yaroshenko said.
Yaroshenko noted that the south of Ukraine will be under constant military
threat as long as Russian troops are present in temporarily occupied Crimea.
