The main goal of the Parliamentary Summit of the International Crimean Platform is the de-occupation of Crimea.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, stated this on his Facebook account.

"The main goal of the initiative, by which the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, put back the issue of Crimea to the international agenda, is the de-occupation of the peninsula and its return to Ukraine. And we are bringing this time closer together," Stefanchuk wrote.

The Speaker of the Parliament noted that the Second Parliamentary Summit of the International Crimean Platform will be held in Prague.

He noted that it was extremely important for him to meet with his Czech and Croatian colleagues - the Head of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Marketa Pekarova Adamova and the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia Gordan Jandrokovic.

During the meeting, the parties discussed organizational issues. The Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament emphasized that this year it is important to expand the circle of participants of the Crimean Platform.
