The occupiers sentenced Nariman Dzhelal to 17 years of imprisonment, and Asan and Aziz Akhtemovs – to 15 and 13 years

The occupying "Supreme Court of Crimea" announced the sentence to the first deputy chairman of the Mejlis, the political prisoner Nariman Dzhelal and the activist brothers Asan and Aziz Akhtemovs. "Crimean Solidarity" informs QIRIM.News about this.

The presiding "judge" of the occupying "Supreme Court of Crimea" Viktor Zinkov sentenced three participants in the case of undermining the gas pipeline in the village of Perevalne.

"Nariman Dzhelal – 17 years of imprisonment with a fine of 700,000 rubles and with restriction of freedom for 1.5 years after release. Asan Akhtemov – 15 years of imprisonment with a fine of 500,000 rubles and restriction of freedom for 1 year. Aziz Akhtemov – 13 years of imprisonment with a fine of 500,000 rubles and restriction of freedom for 1 year," the report says.

Nariman Dzhelal is the first deputy chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, journalist, and political scientist. 26-year-old Aziz Akhtemov, according to Crimean Solidarity, is an electrical engineer. Before his arrest, he was engaged in repairing cars. 32-year-old Asan Akhtemov graduated from the faculty of publishing and printing, majoring in technological engineering. Before his arrest, he worked as a journalist and assistant editor of the Crimean Tatar newspaper "Avdet".
