Losses of Ukrainian businesses due to Russian aggression already reach almost 10 billion dollars.
This was stated by the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, on his Facebook account.
He emphasized that Russia should pay for the damage caused, so the SPFU has developed a methodology that helps businesses assess the damage and get compensation.
"The methodology not only generalizes the rules for assessing losses due to shelling, but also allows you to calculate the lost profit from the fact that the business stopped or significantly reduced its work", explained Umerov.
The head of the State Property Fund urged entrepreneurs not to delay in documenting losses for their further assessment.
"Because over time there is less and less evidence of destruction. And only with thorough preparation, Ukraine will be able to submit a complex lawsuit to international authorities and collect reparations", emphasized Umerov.
