President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine would not agree to freeze the conflict with Russia. He made this statement during a speech to the Wall Street Journal CEO of the Council Summit, a video of which was published on Zelensky's telegram page.

According to him, in the event of a ceasefire, Russian troops should not remain in their current positions.

"This does not mean that Russian troops will be where they are now. This is a frozen conflict. We will not go to a frozen conflict," Zelensky said.

He added that Ukraine was already in a situation where the Minsk agreements led to a frozen conflict.

"I am against such a document. We did not leave Minsk agreement, Russia left it on February 24. Russians left it, and Ukraine will definitely not go to such a swamp again,” Zelensky assured.
