The team of the United24 platform published a one-minute video dedicated to the history of Crimea.

In the video, the history of Crimea and its relations with Ukraine are told at a fast pace.

It mentions various historical eras and nationalities that inhabited the peninsula, including the Scythians, Greeks, and Crimean Tatars. In addition, the video mentions Stalin's mass deportation of Crimean Tatars, after which Crimea was actively populated by ethnic Russians.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has already reposted and reacted to the video, calling the video a reminder to Russians who actually owns the peninsula.

"Russian aggression in Ukraine began more than 8 years ago with the invasion of Crimea. But we will remind the occupiers where Ukrainian borders begin and end", he says.
