The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this during a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu following the 9th Meeting of the Turkey-Ukraine Joint Strategic Planning Group on October 7 in Lviv. Parties discussed the preparation of the 10th meeting of the High-Level Strategic Council, security in the Black Sea, military-technical cooperation, free trade agreement, and tourism. “The main topic of our talks today is the preparation of the 10th meeting of the High-Level Strategic Council, chaired by presidents Zelensky and Erdoğan. The meeting will take place at the beginning of next year,” Kuleba said.
