A Crimean man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for his desire to fight against Russia

The FSB reported the detention of a resident of Simeiz who, according to Russian security forces, planned to take part in hostilities against the Russian armed forces as part of the Russian Volunteer Corps.
According to the Russians, the man allegedly contacted a representative of this unit via social media to receive instructions for joining the ranks of the formation.
During the search, they seized his personal computer and communication devices, which he allegedly used to contact the “curator”.
The court sentenced the man to 12 years in prison.
